Shipping Tracking & Delivery
You must register fully to track orders and lookup order history.

Most orders ship out the same or next business day via UPS, USPS with tracking information. The exception is USPS orders may be delayed a few days. International orders ship withinin 3-7 days and delivery can take 1-3 weeks with no tracking available through USPS.
We do ship to PR, HI, AK, APO/FPO, and PO and mant other countries outside the US. Please select shipping option carefully.

USA Shipping Rates

it is simple...flat rate $9.50 per ground orders.

Most customers save money on shipping because it is a flat rate and it is the same rate for 1 pendant or 1000 pendants.
We may on occasion use reg mail if an order is very small saving a bit in or overall costs which in turn keep or flat rate down for everyone.

it may not seam fair to charge everyone the same rate but we would have to have a weight figure for 4000 items that we sell plus some items are drop shipped for us and that shipping rate is determined by our suppliers when dropshipped.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. When you place an order on CrystalRiverGems.com, your information is protected with 256-bit high-grade encryption. The information collected will be solely used by Crystal River Gems. Absolutly no outside solicitation of your data will take place.

Include a copy of your order with all returns.

Product returns must be in original condition and packing. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue you an exchange, credit, or full refund. Please call 412-391-5310 for instructions on returning items. Orders with 7 or more of the same item incure a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be within 10 days from time of delivery. We do not pay for product pickups. ( Shipping charges are not refundable.)
