Most USA customers save money on shipping because it is a flat rate and it is the same rate for 1 pendant or 1000 pendants. We may on occasion use 1st class mail if an order is very small, saving a bit in or overall costs which in turn keep our flat rate down for everyone. It may not seem fair to charge everyone the same rate, but we would have to have a weight figure for 4000 items.
INTERNATIONAL - HAWAII - ALASKA
We can only ship jewelry or lighter stone products because of the increased shipping costs. If the order exceeds the USPS weight limits we may have to cancel and refund part or all of the the order.
Payment of any customs charges are not our responsibility. You may be required to pay a customs fee using a credit card.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost for CA. and International based on value, not weight. If the amount looks high let us know after the order is placed and we will refund any extra shipping cost paid. It is set mainly for customers with rough rock orders, but if you are ordering all jewelry it will cost much less. So if you paid $100 in shipping and the cost was $60 we will refund the 40 back to you. We can not tell this until after the order is picked , packed and weighed, so we can tell you the exact amount until after you make a order online with us. Just send a message with the order to refund any extra shipping cost. You can add the note when you are making the order and it will appear on the order . Thank you Canada!!

Most orders ship out the same or next business day via USPS with tracking information.
International orders can take 1-2 weeks with no tracking available through USPS after leaving the states.
We do ship to PR, HI, AK, APO/FPO, and PO and MANY other countries outside the US.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is currently unavailable we are usually ordering more. Please visit the site periodically to see if an item is back in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate when an item will be back in stock. Many items are hand made or imported which undergo all types of variables.
In some cases, we may run out of an item while processing your purchase, and this may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested.

- Cherry picking services are non-refundable.
Effective February 1st, 2016 we will no longer pay damage claims for orders shipped via the U.S. Post Office. This applies to orders both inside and outside the United States. Per Postal Regulations the RECEIVER is responsible for filing damage claims and is the only one who can receive a claims payment
