Angelite

    Filter
Angelite is made from calcium sulfate and is a form of gypsum. It forms when celestite has been compressed for millions of years. The Angelite crystal occurs in a glacier blue color, and also in a lilac blue variety. It is not uncommon to find colored inclusions within the stone. The stone has a white center, often with flecks of white and sometimes brown and rust colored spots.
